“I truly believe in the resilience of the human spirit and the ability for meaningful change and transformation. I am passionate about helping my clients awaken their innate ability to live full, vibrant, and connected lives.”

Hello & Welcome…

Therapy is the process of exploration, healing, and change. As a therapist, my role is to both support and help facilitate this process while keeping in mind your unique goals, needs, and experiences in life.

As a clinician: I work relationally, think systemically, and integrate somatics, interpersonal neurobiology, and mindfulness into therapy. That means that our work happens through conversation and experimentation, that I view people within the context of their worlds, and that the work of therapy involves the brain and the body.

As a human: I understand that life is full of challenges, heartbreak, and triumph. I’ve learned that the fullness of life does not come from the lack of suffering, but from our ability to hold the difficult with the beautiful. When we are able to discover our emotional truths and tend to our wounds, we create space in our lives for transformation and growth.

What to expect from me: curiosity, compassion, and enough courage to share. And if you’re interested, valuable information about how our brains, bodies, and relationships work.
