Frequently Asked Questions
Who do you work with?
I welcome all identities, abilities, and bodies in my practice - as long as you’re in Texas.
How often do we meet?
Regular Scheduling: Counseling sessions are typically held on a weekly basis for new clients. It has been my experience that therapy is most effective when there is an early commitment to the process. This allows us to develop goals that fit your needs, build rapport, and gain momentum.
Intensives: Long-format therapy intensives are available to clients who want to do focused work in a single day. Intensive are typically 3 hours long, largely experiential (IFS & EMDR), can be used as an adjunct to other therapeutic work, and ideal for those working on specific therapeutic goals. Intake session is required prior to scheduling intensives.
Where do we meet?
In-person counseling is offered in Southwest Austin at 4425 South MoPac Expressway, Building 3, Suite 600.
Online counseling is offered to Texas residents through a secure video platform. Read about Telehealth.
