Experiential Therapy & Intensives

Experiential modalities like EMDR, IFS, SE, and Coherence Therapy are typically interwoven into the therapeutic process, as needed, to facilitate healing and change. For clients interested in doing focused and experiential work in a longer format, Therapy Intensives are offered.

Concept & Skill Course: Healing in the Present

This is what we can call embodying self-care and it is also how we find healing.

Cost & Fees

  • $160 for 50 minute weekly individual session. Cash & card accepted at the start of session.

    $240 for 75 minute extended sessions. Extended session available to established clients as needed.

    Insurance is not accepted.

  • In consideration of my time and the needs of other clients, I require a 24-hour notice of cancellation. Late cancellations will incur a fee of $80, or half the full fee, and will be charged to the card on file. Same day cancellations and appointments missed without notice will incur the full cost of the scheduled session.

    Please reach out via email or text with at least 24 hours advanced notice to avoid cancellation fees.

  • I do not accept any forms of insurance.

    Some insurance plans do offer partial reimbursement for session costs. Please contact your insurance company directly to learn about your options for ‘Out of Network services. I am able to provide monthly Superbills. Superbills and Insurance providers typically require a DSM diagnosis.
